5 Wiccid Tips to help you Shine every day

More & more people are becoming aware of their health and are learning what makes them function at their best. Some of us are still learning though (really we are all always learning as we constantly evolve) so I thought it might be cool to share the 5 tips I live by that help me function at my best in the hope even 1 of them will inspire you.

If I am feeling out of sorts at all, I check in with myself and think about where I am neglecting one of these areas & make any adjustments I need to. It would be great if we could feel happy and vibrant all the time, but that is not realistic. Following these tips though will help us to flow through any ups and downs with more ease and grace, helping us to shine our light every day.

5 Tips to help you Shine every day

  1. Start your day with a hot lemon water to flush your liver & get your metabolism kicking, then follow up with a healthy breakfast
  2. Take a few moments every day to be still and quiet your mind – Meditation is great
  3. Nourish your body all day with nutritious amazing healthy food – no packets or processed poo, fresh is the best!
  4. Move your body for at least 30 minutes – do something fun so it doesn’t feel like a chore (if you’re adverse to exercise that is, I personally LOVE it)
  5. Get a good nights sleep – sleep literally restores and repairs your body so is essential if you want that healthy glow.

Bonus Tip: Drink lots of water every day to cleanse your body, hydrate you & to give you glowing healthy skin

These are the basic principles I live by and they keep me feeling healthy & energized.
