Terms & Conditions for Wiccid

• Pre paid appointments will not be refunded if the appointment is cancelled less then 72 hours before the scheduled time – A credit will be issued to equal amount (Less deposit if applicable)
• Subscriptions to the Wiccid Academy of Witchcraft & Magick can be cancelled at anytime however please note that no refunds on monies paid will be given. This is due to the fact that upon purchase students have full access to all downloadable material contained within the Academy. Notice must be given via email to: bella@wiccid.com.au Please note that once notice of cancellation has been recieved your membership will cease the following month.
• Once purchased Ritual Packs cannot be returned. Faulty items may be replaced upon application.
• All readings with Bella are subjective and are given as advice only
• Healing’s and Treatments given by Bella are not to be used at any stage in the place of medical treatment and advice. It is understood that when you undertake a treatment that you are in good health physically and mentally.
• Wiccid will not be held responsible for any reactions caused by using Wiccid products so please make sure you have no known allergies to ingredients or consult your healthcare professional before use.
• Please note that all Wiccid Rituals, Spells, Meditations and other downloadable materials are copyrighted and not to be shared with a third party at any time

Access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. You may browse this site for personal entertainment and information. However, please do not distribute, modify, transmit or revise the contents of this site without Belinda Payne T/as Wiccid’s written permission.  Any unauthorised copying, mirroring, storage, or other unauthorised use is absolutely prohibited and will be prosecuted.

By using this site, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms of this agreement.  Belinda Payne T/as Wiccid may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by updating this posting.  You must visit this page periodically to review the Terms & Conditions.  If you do not agree to any of these Terms & Conditions you must exit the site immediately.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts in that State.  If any provisions of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a Court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the agreement which will continue in full force and effect.  No waiver of any breach of a term of this agreement by Belinda Payne T/as Wiccid will constitute a waiver of the rights of Belinda Payne T/as Wiccid arising from that or any other breach.  This agreement supersedes and replaces any prior agreement.All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
