Day passes:

Saturday: Includes all workshops, lunch and dinner   $299.00

Sunday – Ostara Spring Faire: Includes Lunch, Workshop, Dance, Sound Healing, Ostara Ritual, Labyrinth Walk   $199.00

• Readings and Naming/Marriage renewals with a qualified celebrant are an additional cost and MUST be booked – Please enquire:

 

Single Workshops:

Tarot Class 2 hrs: $65.00   With lunch: $100

• Cards supplied or bring your own

Magick Medicine: 1.5 hrs: $50.00   With Lunch: $85.00

• Includes take home natural medicines

Potions or Poppets Class 1 hr each: $40.00 per workshop  With lunch: $75.00   Book Both: $69.00   With lunch: $100

• Includes take home popper and/or potions

Kitchen Witchery 2 hours + dinner: $100

Book 2 or more workshops and receive a discount of 20% – issued as a refund after purchase

Terms & Conditions:

 

Refunds (Full Weekend with Accommodation): Once your deposit has been paid refunds can only be issued as follows:

• If cancellation is received within 8 weeks of the event: you will receive all monies paid with the exception of $50 from your deposit

• If cancellation is received within 6 weeks of the event: you receive 50% of all monies paid

• If cancellation is received within 4 weeks of the event: you receive 25% of all monies paid

• If cancellation is received within 2 weeks of the event: no refund will be issued as it will be too hard to fill your spot & materials/supplies will have been purchased for you

 

Refunds: Day passes and workshops

• If cancelled within 72 hours of the event – Refunds are not available. Materials have been purchased for you and we may not be able to fill your spot at such a late date
• PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to attend you are able to transfer your ticket to someone else – there must be a discussion first to make arrangements

 

In the event of bad weather:

If some outdoor activities offered are not possible due to bad weather, we will do our best to create the activity inside or find a suitable substitute.
